Recently we visited China Ranch, a privately owned farm in California. There is no cost to see this ranch. It was free and 1 1/2 hr drive from las vegas. It is way out there and in the middle of no where. But it is worth taking the drive to this place. you can easilly spend 2-3 hrs at the ranch seeing the creek, river 1 miles from the ranch and beautiful fruit bearing palm trees. 1 1/2 cups light smooth greek yogurt
3/4 cup date paste
1/2 sliced banana(for puree)
1 tblsp honey
1/2 sliced banana(serving)
Preparation: Add the top 4 ingredients in a blender to create a nice smooth, nice smoothie or Ras(Hindi). Serve in a nice see through glass and add the banana as the topping, date paste or nutella. It tastes heavenly.
