Spciy Tofu Prawn Masala

As we all know that Tofu is made from Soyabeans. It has no taste and it is more like eating a sponge. It took me a while to get used to it Till I found creative ways to make Tofu.
A blend of Indian spices and cooking with lots of love and effection, I was able to accomplish this tasty, quick and easy meal in a very short span of time.
Everyday is a headache when it comes to cooking meals, as to what to prepare for dinner. Expecially when you have a fussy spouse.

My husband does not like texture of Onions in his meals. No veggies like Bell peppers. It makes more difficult to make meals with limited choice, but not impossible. So this meal is dedicated to myself. I love seafood and I like Tofu. So I combined these 2 ingredients and created a different meal. This is definitely a crowd pleaser, quick and easy on a busy day or a tght schedule. All you need is a hand dandy tool,"Spices". Make sure you fill your kitchen cabinet with these Indian Spices and then you are all set.

Growing up in india we had Nutrela soyabeans.I remember growing my mom used to make them and will joke about saying it is a mutton masala.(Goat meat). They are so good to cook. I will have them posted in my next blog. Especially when cooked with Lentils.
