Green Tea and Berry Smoothie
Making green tea part of your daily routine is not only delicious, it's good for your health. Green teas contains Vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which help reduce the risk of many chronic health problems. Besides,it's deliciously refreshing and is the perfect flavor enhancer with your favorite favorite food. Also berries are filled with antioxidants.Berries are great sources of vitamins and phytochemicals.
Including berries in your diet will help to keep you healthy.

1 1/4 cups Orange Juice
1 banana
1 1/4 cups frozen mixed berried
1/2 cup low fat yogurt(plain or any flavor)
1 tblsp sugar to taste(add more per our taste)
3 packets of sweetened Powdered Leaf green tea(8 fl.oz each)
1/4 tsp vanilla assence

Preparation: Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix untill
smooth and creamy. Makes 3 cups.
