Pan seared trout fish



This is one of the tasiest white fish you can find on earth, if it is marinated and cooked right. It is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and good for your skin, health and you name it. Eatting daily or two to three times a week, gives your body and brain enough nutrients it needs.


1 whole trout fish fillet
1 tblsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tblsp ginger garlic powder
1/4 tsp 5 spice powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
2 tblsp vegetable oil

Preparation: Marinate the fish with the above spice and lime juice
for 15-20 minutes. Then in a medium sized skillet in a simmering heat,
add the fish with the skin side up for 6 minutes and then turning around
with the white side flesh up for another 6 minutes or till perfection. don't overcook
garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.

Can be served with brown and wild rice mix.
