Meatballs with curry sauce



1/2 pound lean ground beef(anymeat is fine)
1/2 cut medium size onion(1 small shallot) thinly sliced
1 egg 1/2 cup panko bread(japanese/ any seasoned bread crumbs)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tblsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp paprika or red chilli powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder or subsititute for a paste
1/4 tsp ginger powder or subsititute for a paste
1/2 tsp ground mustard or subsititute for a paste
1/2 tsp dried parsley(mix herbs of your choice)
1/4 tsp fresh thyme leaves(mix herbs of your choice)
1/2 tsp worceshtire sauce salt to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Preparation:
Mix all the above in a bowl.
Make 1 inch ball in the palm of your hand.
Preheat the oven 375 degree and roast the meatballs for 20-25 till they are well done.Crispy brown on the top.
Insert a toothpick into the meatballs to make sure the toothpick comes out dry and smoothly.


Curry sauce

2 tbslp curry powder
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp mustard paste

Mix all together and form a sauce to pour over the meatballs.Serve hot. garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
