Why spend all the time in the kitchen, when you can spend few hours
and create a wealth in our kitchen. These banana fritatas are definitely
a gold diggers. They can be eaten or gone in few seconds as they are yummy.
From children to adults,anybody can enjoy this favorable dish.
Mini Banana Fritatas
2 riped bananas(kela)
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg(jaiphal)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup low fat milk(dhoodh)
2 tblsp egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar(desirable)cheeni
Preparation: In a deep dish, mashed the bananas.Add cinnamon, nutmeg powder
Add vanilla essence. Add flour and mix well with the milk. Then slowly add
egg and sugar and incorporate all the mixture well, till you have a cake
Grease the mini muffin tray with pam oil or butter. Pour the batter in the
mini muffin trays. Preheat the oven to 350-400 degrees and bake
for 15-20 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold. Healthy and delicious.They are great for snacking
or be served as an appetizer.
