Vegan treat Turnip greens with split mung beans




1 bunch turnip greens(washed and cut)
1/4 cup mung beans(soaked in water for 20 minutes)
1 medium onion sliced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 medium tomato sliced
1/4 tsp mustard greens
1 green chilli deseeded
2 tblsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tbpsl grated coconut for garnish

Preparation: Drizzle coconut oil in a pan till hot and add mustard seeds Let the seeds splutter, then add minced garlic . Add onions and sautee for 5 minues. Add tomato and cumin powder and green chilli and stir it thorughly. Add soaked split mung beans and sautee it for 8 minutes and then add turnip greens. Cook the vegetable till they are just done and not overdone. Garnish with grated coconut.
