Andha(Egg) Masala or Marsala. Easy, quick and tasty. Preparation in less then 30 minutes


6 eggs desi/organic or others(hard boiled)
1 tblsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp ginger, garlic paste
1 medium sized onion(thinly cut)
1 medium sized tomato(thinly cut)
2 tblsp vegetable oil to cook
few sprigs of cilantro(corriander leaves) to garnish
1/2 cut lime(lemon) juice to sprinkle over the prepared eggs


In a pan saute onions in the vegetable oil.
When onions are lighly golden brown add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and rest of the spices.
Cut the hard boiled eggs into half or quarter parts(individual preference).
Saute the eggs for 5-8 minutes.
Garnish with corriander(cilantro) leaves.
Squeeze the lime juice over the prepared eggs.
