Noor-e--Jaan Kebabs Ingredients:
250gm Prawn/Shrimp
1 tblsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder(optional)
4 garlic cloves(cut in small pieces)
1/2 inch ginger root(cuts into small pieces)
1 medium sized potato(boiled and mashed)
1 small sized onion thinly cut
Salt to taste2 green chillies thinly cut
1 tsp lime water
Few srigs of Corriander(cilantro) leaves thinly cut
2-3 leaves of Pudina(Mint) leaves
1 Egg or 1/4 cup egg beaters(no cholestrol and Low in calories)
2 tblsp vegetable oil to pan fry

Preparation:
In a mixture or a food processor get the shrimp slighly grated. Slow pulse 2-3 times. You got to do this, otherwise you will have big cunks of shrimp and you won't be able to integrate all the mix. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl except oil.
Let the oil simmer in the pan. Take the mix and with the help of a spoon or hands make a patty and insert the kebabs in the pan till they are lighly golden brown or well done.You can serve the kebabs with Curd/Cucumber Raita, dal and white rice. Yummy.
