It has been said and done, "prevention is better then cure."
Why not prevent, through remedies rather then finding a cure.
I went to indoor swap meet(decatur/ Oakey last weekend and I came across this Health and healing tea store selling tea gathered from old wild tree, 100 years old, fermented and then sold packed,.loose or lumps.
It quickly caught my attention! Did some tea sampling, and then I was in the next step of buying Pu-erha. The ancient chinese remedy.
