Jhinga Masala fry(Spicy Prawn fry)

Who doesn't like prawns or shrimp? In various part of the country the talent and ideas are incorporated with different food styles. I am sharing my style and technique for making the Yum yum delicious prawns. If you get tiger prawns, it is great. You also do it with shrimp.

I remember growing up in Mumbai(Maharashtra)India, my mom used to make this style of prawn for my brother and me. My brother was a food picker. He did not care for fish at all. He did like this style prawns. God bless my brother's soul. He is R.I.P. I hope he would be proud of his sister making his favorite dish. I miss him a lot and my prayers and dish is for him.

1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
