This is a rich and a creamy smoothie, full of Vitamin C and antioxidants.This is what I do, when I have ripened bananas , Instead of throwing them I freeze them. So Later I can make banana bread, smoothie, or frozen banana covered chocolates.Yum Yum!
Here is simple Summer recipe for a smoothie
2 Atualfo mangoes(skinned and sliced)/Alphonso
1 frozen Ripened banana
1/2 cup strawberries(washed, cleaned and cut)
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
Preparation: Blend all the above ingredients, except chaat masala, to a smooth and a ceamy textures. If too thick then add more milk and blend some more. You can always add 1 tblsp non fat yogurt to your smoothie. Serve in a tall chilled glass, garnished with chaat masala, mango slice and a whole strawberry.
Serving size: 2-3 people
